    When I consulted with Mr Sinha I was quite concerned about having surgery on my spine. However he listened carefully to my symptoms and after investigation he explained very clearly the nature of the operation and the outcome of the surgery to be expected if successful. His calm manner instilled confidence so that I felt happy to go ahead with the operation.
